Tony Lee is a co-founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to founding One Rock, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings. Mr. Lee joined Ripplewood in 1997 and was responsible for Ripplewood’s efforts in the global chemicals and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Lee worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Lee earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College and serves on the Board of the National Association of Investment Companies.

Scott Spielvogel is a co-founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to founding One Rock, Mr. Spielvogel was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings. Mr. Spielvogel joined Ripplewood in 2005 and was responsible for investments in the business services and telecommunications sectors.

Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Spielvogel worked at Windward Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York, which he joined in 1998. Prior to Windward, Mr. Spielvogel was with CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as The Argosy Group), where he worked on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Mr. Spielvogel earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.

Kurt Beyer is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Beyer was a Senior Vice President at Red Diamond Capital, a middle-market private equity fund, where he was responsible for Red Diamond’s efforts in the flexible packaging sector. Mr. Beyer also invested in branded foods and building materials businesses and served as a member of the fund’s investment committee.

Prior to Red Diamond, Mr. Beyer was an Associate and Financial Analyst at Pedersen Kammert & Co., LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm focused on sell-side mandates, financings and acquisition searches in the building materials, consumer products and industrial sectors.

Mr. Beyer earned a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Joshua Goldman is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Goldman was an Associate at Ripplewood Holdings, focusing on investments across multiple industries. In addition, Mr. Goldman was actively involved in the oversight of Ripplewood portfolio companies in the telecommunications and industrials sectors.

Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. Goldman was an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in the Global Technology and Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance groups.

Mr. Goldman earned a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. with Dean’s Honors and Distinction from Columbia Business School.

Cyrus Heidary is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Heidary was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, where he was primarily responsible for Cerberus’ private equity investments in Europe. While at Cerberus, Mr. Heidary focused on transactions in the industrials, business services, transportation and retail sectors.

Mr. Heidary also worked in investing roles at GoldenTree Asset Management and Ripplewood Holdings, primarily focusing on the media and telecommunications sectors at both firms. Mr. Heidary began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group.

Mr. Heidary earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Robert Hsu is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Hsu was an Associate at Ripplewood Holdings, focusing on investments in the industrials, financial institutions and telecommunications sectors.

Mr. Hsu also worked at Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies and in Nomura's Special Situations group, investing across the capital structure, and was an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the Industrials group.

Mr. Hsu earned a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University, and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Michael Koike is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Koike was a Director in the Private Equity Group at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Mr. Koike was a Vice President at Ripplewood Holdings, where he also spent two years working for AEG, a Paris, France-based Ripplewood portfolio company focused on power systems. At Angelo Gordon and Ripplewood, Mr. Koike served on several boards of directors and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and exiting transactions in a number of industries including chemicals, consumer products, healthcare, restaurants and telecommunications.

Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. Koike was an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Consumer Products and Retail group.

Mr. Koike earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, with certificates in classics and finance, from Princeton University.

Rohan Narayan is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Narayan was a Principal at Lindsay Goldberg. Prior to Lindsay Goldberg, Mr. Narayan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and a Vice President at Ripplewood Holdings. At Lindsay Goldberg, Goldman Sachs and Ripplewood, Mr. Narayan served on several boards of directors and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and exiting transactions in a number of sectors including industrials, healthcare and financial services.

Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. Narayan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions group.

Mr. Narayan earned a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kimberly Reed is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Ms. Reed was a Principal at American Capital Strategies, where she was responsible for American Capital’s efforts in the medical products and technology, life science and consumer product sectors. In this role, Ms. Reed sourced, executed and oversaw a portfolio of six companies totaling over $600 million in enterprise value.

Prior to joining American Capital, Ms. Reed worked at Waterview Partners, LLC, a media-focused private equity firm, which she joined in 1999. While at Waterview, Ms. Reed was involved in several media investments. Prior to Waterview, Ms. Reed was at Chase Capital Partners, which she joined in 1997. Prior to Chase Capital Partners, Ms. Reed worked at CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as The Argosy Group) on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Ms. Reed earned a B.A. in History and Economics from Columbia College.

Joseph (Jack) Rosenberg is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Rosenberg was an Associate at Relativity Capital, a middle-market private equity fund that invests in both distressed and traditional leveraged buyout opportunities. While at Relativity, Mr. Rosenberg focused on investments in aerospace & defense, business services, niche manufacturing and transportation & logistics.

Prior to Relativity, Mr. Rosenberg was a Financial Analyst in the Industrials Group at Houlihan Lokey, where he helped to advise middle-market clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and strategic alternatives.

Mr. Rosenberg earned dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Accountancy, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Telmo Valido is a Partner of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Valido was a Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, an investment advisor to the Lone Star Funds, where he focused on large-cap buyouts across Europe. Mr. Valido has led investments in complex transactions in the building materials, chemical and packaging industries.

Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Valido was an Investment Professional at Permira, a European private equity firm, where he focused on investing in industrial businesses. Mr. Valido started his career as a Consultant and Project Leader with The Boston Consulting Group, where he delivered strategy and organizational development projects mainly in the industrial and energy sectors.

Mr. Valido earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Eric Yip is a Partner, Head of Debt Strategies of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Yip was a Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Alder Hill Management, a credit-focused hedge fund.

Prior to Alder Hill, Mr. Yip was a Principal and Senior Analyst at Appaloosa Management. Prior to Appaloosa, Mr. Yip held various investing roles at Columbus Hill Capital Management, Icahn Associates, Franklin Mutual Series and Stanfield Capital Partners. Mr. Yip began his career in the Asset Based Lending Group at Mellon Bank.

Mr. Yip earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Fola Adamolekun is a Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Adamolekun was an Executive Director and the Deputy General Counsel of Global Alternatives at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, where she was principally responsible for the Asset Management Alternatives Solutions and Wealth Management Alternatives Investment groups.

Prior to J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, Ms. Adamolekun was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Valinor Management. Prior to Valinor, Ms. Adamolekun was an Attorney in the Investment Management group at Seward & Kissel LLP. Ms. Adamolekun began her career as an Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

Ms. Adamolekun earned a B.A. in Psychology and a J.D. from Columbia University.

Anna Kelleher is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer of One Rock Capital Partners. Before joining One Rock, Ms. Kelleher served as Director of Finance at The Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for the firm's flagship middle-market buyout fund and its structured capital fund. Prior to The Riverside Company, Ms. Kelleher was a Manager in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group.

Ms. Kelleher also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer. She began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where Ms. Kelleher was an Assurance Supervisor in the Financial Services Group.

Ms. Kelleher earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Deepa Patil Madhani is a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations & Capital Formation of One Rock Capital Partners. Before joining One Rock, Ms. Madhani was part of the Capital Partnering team at General Atlantic, where she focused on investor relations.

Prior to General Atlantic, Ms. Madhani was an Associate in the Fundraising Group at TPG. Ms. Madhani began her career as an Analyst in the Mezzanine Fund at Lehman Brothers, where she analyzed investment opportunities across different sectors.

Ms. Madhani earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She graduated cum laude with a double major in Finance and Management and a minor in Spanish.

Monica Yavin is a Managing Director, Chief People Officer of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Yavin was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Learning and Development at First Eagle Investments. In this role, Ms. Yavin was responsible for strategic human capital initiatives for the investment, sales and marketing teams and leading the Learning and Development function, which involved designing and implementing its Performance Management & Talent strategy and Leadership Development programs.

Prior to First Eagle, Ms. Yavin held leadership roles in learning and development at American International Group and Citigroup. Ms. Yavin began her career as a Financial Analyst at Bank of America.

Ms. Yavin earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Fordham University.

Min Choung is a Managing Director, Head of Asia Capital Formation at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Choung was a Principal at Centerbridge Partners, where he focused on a range of special projects and led capital formation activities across private equity, private credit and real estate strategies in Asia.

Mr. Choung earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Sara Modalal Al-Qahtani is a Managing Director, Head of EMEA Capital Formation at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Modalal Al-Qahtani was a Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for the Middle East and Africa regions. Before Mercury Capital Advisors, Ms. Modalal Al-Qahtani worked at Principal Global Investors where she was responsible for their institutional client coverage and business development in the region. Ms. Modalal Al-Qahtani began her career at Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Modalal Al-Qahtani earned a Master of Science in Finance from Maastricht University. She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance.

Brendan Nerbonne is a Managing Director on the Capital Formation team at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Nerbonne was a Senior Principal at Mubadala Capital, where he built out a global co-investment syndication business and led capital raising activities across private equity and venture capital strategies. Before Mubadala Capital, Mr. Nerbonne was a Director at Connaught, a global placement agent, working closely with leading private equity and venture capital GPs. Mr. Nerbonne started his career in corporate banking at Santander in London.

Mr. Nerbonne earned a MSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and a MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen.

Allison Spector is the Managing Director, Head of Sustainability of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Spector was Director of Responsible Investing and Sustainability at Nuveen, where she focused on sustainability initiatives across Real Assets and Private Markets. Prior to Nuveen, Ms. Spector was a Senior Manager at The Global Impact Investing Network and a Director at Initiative for Global Development.

Ms. Spector earned a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and an M.S. in Sustainable Development from the School of Oriental and Asian Studies at the University of London. She serves on the Novata ESG Advisory Council and on the Board of the Fund for Education Abroad (FEA), and as a mentor in the Columbia's Women & Sustainability Mentorship Program.

Jason Sutton is the Managing Director, Head of Business Development of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Sutton was a Principal at Platinum Equity, where he was responsible for business development activities focused on identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities.

Prior to Platinum Equity, Mr. Sutton was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG. Mr. Sutton began his career at HealthCap as an Associate.

Mr. Sutton earned a B.S. in Finance from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.

Eric Drozdov is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Drozdov was a Vice President at Centre Lane Partners, a private investment firm focused on private equity and private credit investing. Mr. Drozdov was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investments as well as monitoring portfolio companies across multiple sectors including consumer products, technology, media, business services and industrials. Mr. Drozdov also served on boards of directors for several portfolio companies.

Prior to Centre Lane Partners, Mr. Drozdov was an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital raising transactions.

Mr. Drozdov earned a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Babson College.

Jared Kawadler is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Kawadler was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Healthcare Group where he worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions.

Theo Kim is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Kim was a Vice President at Investindustrial. Prior to Investindustrial, Mr. Kim was at Paine Schwartz Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on food and agriculture. Mr. Kim began his career at Barclays, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group.

Jeremy Xia is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to Metalmark, Mr. Xia was a Senior Associate at Greenhill Capital Partners. Mr. Xia began his career at Credit Suisse, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group.

Lukas Zeitlberger is a Principal of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Zeitlberger was a Senior Principal at Metric Capital Partners LLP, investing across the capital structure. Mr. Zeitlberger served on several boards of directors and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and exiting transactions in a number of sectors including business services, industrials, healthcare and real estate.

Mr. Zeitlberger earned a MSc in Law and Finance, with distinction, from the University of Oxford.

Tony Dagosto is a Senior Director, Head of Fund Management at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Dagosto served as a Senior Manager of the Portfolio Analysis Group at Warburg Pincus. Prior to Warburg Pincus, Mr. Dagosto was a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP in the Audit and Assurance practice.

Mr. Dagosto earned a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Bentley University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Leo Fitzpatrick is the Chief Technology Officer of One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Director of IT at Lindsay Goldberg, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm's technology functions. Prior to Lindsay Goldberg, Mr. Fitzpatrick was an IT Project Analyst at Bessemer Trust Company.

Mr. Fitzpatrick earned a B.S. in Decision Sciences / Computer Sciences from Rider University.

Waqas Ahmad is a Director of Compliance at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Ahmad served as Director of Compliance at Apollo Global Management where he was responsible for providing support to the Credit and Private Equity teams. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Ahmad served as a Compliance Officer at Point72 Asset Management across its offices in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Ahmad began his career as a Compliance Officer at Goldman Sachs.

Lisa Chen is a Director of Investor Relations at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Chen was a Vice President of Investor Relations at CBC Group, where she focused on fundraising and investor relations across the firm's private equity, private credit and real assets products. Prior to CBC Group, Ms. Chen was an Associate at PAG on the Investor Relations team. Prior to PAG, Ms. Chen was an Analyst at Emerald Hill, a private equity fund of funds. Ms. Chen began her career at Lloyd Baughan, a boutique hedge fund based in Hong Kong.

Ms. Chen earned a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Lisa Longobardo Love is a Director of Finance at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Love owned her own consulting firm, Love Accounting & Consulting Services. Prior to establishing Love Accounting & Consulting, Ms. Love served as the Management Company Controller at Owl Rock Capital Partners, where she was responsible for building out the accounting and finance function. Prior to Owl Rock Capital, Ms. Love was Assistant Controller at Moore Capital Management, LP. Ms. Love began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she was a Senior Manager in the Banking and Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Love earned a B.S. in Accounting from Siena College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Queenie Mo is a Director of Finance at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Mo served as Vice President, Fund Transactions at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”), where she led the fund transactions team, overseeing complex financial operations and fund-level transactions. Prior to CD&R, Ms. Mo was a senior member of the finance team at Delphi Capital Management, where she focused on financial and tax reporting.

Stella Sun is a Director of Tax at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Sun served as a Vice President of Global Tax at the Blackstone Group. Ms. Sun began her career as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Alternatives practice.
