Tony Lee is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, oversees its operations and drives the development and performance of One Rock’s portfolio companies.

Prior to founding One Rock, Tony was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings, where he led the firm’s efforts in the global chemicals and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked at Salomon Brothers in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Tony earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College. He currently serves on the Board of the National Association of Investment Companies.

Scott Spielvogel is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, oversees its operations and drives the development and performance of One Rock’s portfolio companies.

Prior to founding One Rock, Scott was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings, where he focused on investments in the business services and telecommunications sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked at Windward Capital Partners, a New York–based private equity firm, and at CIBC Oppenheimer in the High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly The Argosy Group), where he worked on a range of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.

Scott earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.

Kurt Beyer is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Kurt was a Senior Vice President at Red Diamond Capital, a middle-market private equity fund, where he served on the fund’s investment committee and made investments in the flexible packaging, branded foods and building materials sectors. Before Red Diamond, he was at Pedersen Kammert & Co., LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm, where he worked on sell-side mandates, financings and acquisition searches in the building materials, consumer products and industrial sectors.

Kurt earned a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Joshua Goldman is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Josh worked at Ripplewood Holdings, where he focused on investments across multiple sectors and supported the oversight of portfolio companies in the telecommunications and industrials sectors. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank in the Global Technology and Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance groups.

Cyrus Heidary is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Cyrus was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, where he was primarily responsible for private equity investments in Europe across the industrials, business services, transportation and retail sectors. Before Cerberus, he held investing roles at GoldenTree Asset Management and Ripplewood Holdings, focusing on the media and telecommunications sectors. He began his career at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group.

Cyrus earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Robert Hsu is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Robert worked at Ripplewood Holdings, where he focused on investments in the industrials, financial institutions and telecommunications sectors. Before Ripplewood, he held roles at Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies and in Nomura’s Special Situations group, investing across the capital structure. Robert began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the Industrials group.

Robert earned a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University, and an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Michael Koike is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Michael was a Director at Angelo, Gordon & Co. in the Private Equity Group. Before Angelo Gordon, he was a Vice President at Ripplewood Holdings, where he also spent two years working at AEG, a Paris-based Ripplewood portfolio company focused on power systems. At both Angelo Gordon and Ripplewood, Michael focused on investments in the chemicals, consumer products, healthcare, restaurants and telecommunications industries. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Consumer Products and Retail group.

Michael earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, with certificates in Classics and Finance, from Princeton University.

Rohan Narayan is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Rohan was a Principal at Lindsay Goldberg. Before Lindsay Goldberg, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division and a Vice President at Ripplewood Holdings. At Lindsay Goldberg, Goldman Sachs and Ripplewood, Rohan focused on investments in the industrials, healthcare and financial services sectors. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions group.

Telmo Valido is a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and overseeing investments across a range of industries.

Prior to joining One Rock, Telmo was a Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, an investment advisor to the Lone Star Funds, where he focused on large-cap buyout investments across Europe, including complex transactions in the building materials, chemical and packaging industries. Before Hudson Advisors, he was an Investment Professional at Permira focused on private equity investments. He began his career as a Consultant and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, delivering strategy and organizational development projects.

Telmo earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Eric Yip is a Partner and Head of Debt Strategies at One Rock Capital Partners, where he focuses on investment opportunities in the credit space, capital structure solutions and lender relations.

Prior to joining One Rock, Eric was a Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Alder Hill Management, a credit-focused hedge fund. Before Alder Hill, he was a Principal and Senior Analyst at Appaloosa Management and held various investing roles at Columbus Hill Capital Management, Icahn Associates, Franklin Mutual Series and Stanfield Capital Partners. Eric began his career in the Asset Based Lending Group at Mellon Bank.

Fola Adamolekun is a Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at One Rock Capital Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s legal, compliance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining One Rock, Fola worked at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management as an Executive Director and Deputy General Counsel of Global Alternatives, where she was principally responsible for the Asset Management Alternatives Solutions and Wealth Management Alternatives Investment groups. Before J.P. Morgan, she worked at Valinor Management as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and as an Attorney in the Investment Management group at Seward & Kissel LLP. Fola began her career as an Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

Fola earned a B.A. in Psychology and a J.D. from Columbia University.

Anna Kelleher is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer at One Rock Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s financial management, reporting and operational finance functions.

Prior to joining One Rock, Anna was a Director of Finance at The Riverside Company, where she was responsible for financial oversight of the firm’s flagship middle-market buyout fund and structured capital fund. Before Riverside, she worked in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group and held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and Pfizer. Anna began her career at Ernst & Young LLP as an Assurance Supervisor in the Financial Services Group.

Anna earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Deepa Patil Madhani is a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations & Capital Formation at One Rock Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s global investor relations and fundraising activities.

Prior to joining One Rock, Deepa worked at General Atlantic on the Capital Partnering team, where she focused on investor relations. Before General Atlantic, she worked at TPG in the Fundraising Group. Deepa began her career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Mezzanine Fund, where she evaluated opportunities across multiple sectors.

Deepa earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude with a double major in Finance and Management and a minor in Spanish. She currently serves on the Board of the Association of Asian American Investment Managers.

Monica Yavin is a Managing Director, Chief People Officer at One Rock Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s human capital strategy, talent development and overall organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining One Rock, Monica was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Learning and Development at First Eagle Investments, where she led strategic human capital initiatives for the investment, sales and marketing teams. Before First Eagle, she held leadership roles in learning and development at American International Group and Citigroup. Monica began her career at Bank of America as a Financial Analyst.

Monica earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and an M.S.E. in Organizational Development from Fordham University.

Min Choung is a Managing Director, Head of Asia Capital Formation at One Rock Capital Partners, where he oversees the firm’s capital formation efforts across the APAC region.

Prior to joining One Rock, Min was a Principal at Centerbridge Partners, where he focused on a range of special projects and led capital formation activities across private equity, private credit and real estate strategies in Asia.

Sara Modalal Al-Qahtani is a Managing Director, Head of EMEA Capital Formation at One Rock Capital Partners, where she oversees the firm’s capital formation efforts across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining One Rock, Sara was a Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for capital formation and investor relationships across the Middle East and Africa. Before Mercury Capital, she led institutional client coverage and business development in the region at Principal Global Investors. Sara began her career at Deutsche Bank.

Sara earned an M.S. in Finance from Maastricht University. She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance.

Brendan Nerbonne is a Managing Director on the Capital Formation team at One Rock Capital Partners, where he oversees the firm’s capital formation efforts across Europe.

Prior to joining One Rock, Brendan was a Senior Principal at Mubadala Capital, where he helped build the global co-investment syndication business and oversaw capital raising activities across private equity and venture capital strategies. Before Mubadala Capital, he was a Director at Connaught, a global placement agent, working closely with leading private equity and venture capital firms. Brendan began his career in corporate banking at Santander.

Brendan earned an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and an M.Sc. in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen.

Allison Spector is a Managing Director, Head of Sustainability at One Rock Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s sustainability strategy, with a primary focus on driving value creation across the portfolio.

Prior to joining One Rock, Allison was Director of Responsible Investing and Sustainability at Nuveen, where she led sustainability initiatives across Real Assets and Private Markets. Before Nuveen, she was a Senior Manager at The Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and a Director at Initiative for Global Development.

Allison earned a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and an M.S. in Sustainable Development from the School of Oriental and Asian Studies at the University of London.

Jason Sutton is a Managing Director, Head of Business Development at One Rock Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s business development efforts, covering the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining One Rock, Jason was a Principal at Platinum Equity, where he was responsible for business development activities focused on identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities. Before Platinum, he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG. Jason began his career as an Associate at HealthCap.

Prior to joining One Rock, Leo served as Director of IT at Lindsay Goldberg, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s technology operations and systems management. Before Lindsay Goldberg, he was an IT Project Analyst at Bessemer Trust Company.

Lisa Chen is a Director, Investor Relations at One Rock Capital Partners, where she cultivates investor relationships and supports capital formation initiatives.

Before starting Love Accounting, she served as the Management Company Controller at Owl Rock Capital Partners, where she was responsible for the buildout of the management company accounting and finance function. Before Owl Rock, she served as Assistant Controller at Moore Capital Management, LP in the finance organization. Queenie Mo is a Director, Finance at One Rock Capital Partners, where she leads fund operations and financial reporting.

Prior to joining One Rock, Queenie served as Vice President, Fund Transactions at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”), where she led the fund transaction team and oversaw complex fund operations. Before CD&R, she was a senior member of the finance team at Delphi Capital Management, focusing on financial and tax reporting.

Stella Sun is a Director, Tax at One Rock Capital Partners, where she oversees the firm’s tax planning and reporting initiatives.
