One Rock Capital Partners Further Expands Operating Partner Team

NEW YORK, September 1, 2020 – One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”) is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Anderson to its team of Operating Partners. Mr. Anderson will focus on talent and organizational development at One Rock’s portfolio companies and brings over 30 years of experience in executive assessment and development, leadership team effectiveness, strategy, organizational design, change management and C-suite succession planning. Mr. Anderson spent the majority of his career at Spencer Stuart, where he was a Senior Partner and most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Products and Services. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Mr. Anderson was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
