One Rock Capital Partners Further Expands Operating Partner Team

NEW YORK, October 26, 2020 – One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”) is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Potts and Kush Tulsidas to its team of Operating Partners. Mr. Potts and Mr. Tulsidas will focus on sales and marketing strategy and execution at One Rock’s portfolio companies and each bring over 20 years of experience building and improving businesses in both large corporate and private equity settings. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Potts and Mr. Tulsidas ran consulting firms focused on growing private equity-backed companies in the middle market. Previously, they held operating partner positions at The Riverside Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Potts worked at Antares Capital (formerly known as GE Capital) with GE’s strategic private equity clients. Both Mr. Potts and Mr. Tulsidas held senior management positions at The Nielsen Company and Cintas Corporation prior to working in private equity.
