Kurtis Barker
Kurtis Barker
Kurtis Barker is an Operating Partner in the Business and Environmental Services vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Barker was a co-founder of United Rentals, Inc., the largest equipment rental company in North America. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Barker held a number of different operating positions at United Rentals, including Vice President of the Aerial Region, Vice President of the Midwest Region and Vice President of Highway Technologies. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Barker was Executive Vice President of Corporate Services, responsible for the Sales, Fleet, Fleet Maintenance, Information Technology, Customer Service and National Accounts departments.
Prior to United Rentals, Mr. Barker was Vice President of the Midwest Region for United Waste Systems. In that capacity, he was instrumental in converting newly acquired waste facilities into state-of-the-art assets. In a five-year period, Mr. Barker’s business unit grew from a single landfill to a network of eight landfills, 12 transfer stations and five material recovery facilities, each with excellent environmental records, cordial relations with neighbors and consistently high profitability.
Mr. Barker earned a B.S. from South Dakota State University and an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
Eric Evans

Eric Evans is an Operating Partner in the Specialty Manufacturing vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Evans served as Ripplewood’s Industrial Partner in the industrials and consumer durables sector from 2005 and was, from 2006 to 2009, Chairman and CEO of D&M Holdings, a portfolio company of RHJ International, a holding company that was affiliated with Ripplewood. Mr. Evans is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Diebold Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of financial self-service equipment, security solutions and related services.
Prior to Diebold, Mr. Evans spent 16 years working for Emerson Electric in various general management positions. His last position at Emerson was Group Vice President, Climate Technologies Air Conditioning and President of Copeland Air Conditioning. Before joining Emerson, Mr. Evans spent six years working in strategic consulting, initially with Bain & Company and then in his own practice in association with Professor Michael Porter of the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Evans earned an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Harvard College and a J.D./M.B.A. from the Harvard Business and Law Schools.

Andrew Georges is an Operating Partner in the Chemicals and Process Industries vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Georges served as a Ripplewood Industrial Partner from 1999 to 2009. Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. Georges was a High Yield Credit Analyst at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Georges earned a B.A. from the Murphy Institute of Political Economy at Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Kevin Lang
Kevin Lang
Dr. Kevin Lang is an Operating Partner in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing & Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Dr. Lang brings almost 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to this role, particularly in operations, research and development, quality, environmental matters and financial management.
Prior to joining One Rock, Dr. Lang founded Soundwatch Consulting, which is focused on developing formulations to increase the shelf life of bakery snack foods. He also recently served as COO of Delavau and Innovation and Research Development Leader at Hostess Brands. Prior to his position at Hostess Brands, Dr. Lang served as Senior Vice President for the Kraft Phillip Morris Baking Company Division. Prior to that position, he served as financial manager for the Kraft Philip Morris Frozen Novelty Group, after beginning his career at General Foods, which was later acquired by Philip Morris.
Dr. Lang earned a B.S. in Food Science from Rutgers University and a holds a a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in Food Engineering from the University of Illinois. Additionally, he completed financial training from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He has been granted 87 US and International Patents covering a broad range of products including Innovative Frozen Novelties, Shelf Life Extension for Bakery Products and making Vitamin and Mineral Tablets smaller and easier to swallow.
Michael Modak
Michael Modak
Michael Modak is an Operating Partner in the Chemicals & Process Industries vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Modak has extensive global experience as a senior executive in both public and private equity backed companies. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of PolyAd Holdings where he led the execution of a carve-out business to a freestanding entity and its successful sale. His additional private equity activities include leading groups of global businesses at PGI and Momentive Performance Materials. His public company experience includes numerous operating and staff leadership roles at Honeywell, National Starch & Chemicals (ICI) and HB Fuller Company.
The breadth of Mr. Modak’s roles have run from CEO to group level and business P&L management, as well as a variety of C-level roles such as Corporate Development leader, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. His distinctive competence is developing and executing a profitable growth agenda with both organic and acquisition components.
Mr. Modak earned a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College. He has participated in various executive education programs at Wharton, Harvard, Stanford and MIT.
Thierry Morin
Thierry Morin
Thierry Morin is an Operating Partner focused on evaluating manufacturing businesses globally and driving post-investment value creation at One Rock’s portfolio companies. Mr. Morin has over 40 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and services sectors. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Morin served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Valeo, a leading automotive industry supplier with nearly 200 factories in more than 30 countries. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thierry restructured the group in which he closed more than 50 factories worldwide, opened 20 new factories in low cost countries and positioned Valeo as a strong supplier in terms of quality and innovation, while always assuring positive results. Prior to his tenure as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Morin served in positions in strategy, finance, operations and procurement.
Prior to Valeo, Mr. Morin was Vice President of Thomson Consumer Electronics in the information systems division in Los Angeles and later Director of Finance and Planning of the audio division. Prior to Thomson Consumer Electronics, Mr. Morin worked at Schlumberger where he held several increasing positions across the electronics branch.
Mr. Morin is currently Chairman of the Board of Elis. Historically, he also served on the Boards of Arkema, HNT Electronics and Navya.
Mr. Morin earned his B.A.in Economics from College of St. Cloud and an M.B.A. from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
Frank Orfanello

Frank Orfanello is an Operating Partner in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Orfanello was previously Executive Vice President of Coolbrands International, a branded frozen desserts company with ~$500 million of revenue. At Coolbrands, Mr. Orfanello was responsible for all operations of the business, improving a complex supply chain and managing a national operation serving the grocery, convenience, institutional and other channels. Mr. Orfanello was also previously the Chief Operating Officer of Veryfine Products, the nationally branded juice beverage company, where he led strategic initiatives in new product development, manufacturing modernization, opening new channels of distribution and scaling a branded consumer products business, ultimately culminating in the successful sale of the company. Prior to joining Veryfine, Mr. Orfanello was a Partner in the Boston-based regional accounting firm of Parent, McLaughlin & Nangle.
Mr. Orfanello earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tony Palmer is an Operating Partner in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Palmer brings over 35 years of experience reinvigorating brands by drawing on his expertise in digital transformation and focusing on consumer-driven innovation.
Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Palmer served as President of Global Brands and Innovation as well as Chief Marketing Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Palmer held domestic and international roles at Kellogg Company, Fisher Scientific International, Inc., The Coca-Cola Company, CSR Refined Sugars and Mars, Inc. Mr. Palmer began his career at LEK Consulting.
Mr. Palmer earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Monash University, Melbourne and a M.B.A., with distinction, from International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne Switzerland (formally known as International Management Institute).
Roger Roundhouse

Roger Roundhouse is an Operating Partner focused on industrial manufacturing businesses and portfolio operations at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to his role as Head of Portfolio Operations, Mr. Roundhouse served as interim CEO of Sensience, a One Rock portfolio company. Mr. Roundhouse brings over 32 years of management expertise to bear, having most recently served as CEO of former One Rock portfolio company CentroMotion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roundhouse served as the EVP and Segment President, Engineered Components and Systems at Actuant Corporation (now Enerpac ToolGroup). Mr. Roundhouse began his career at General Cable (now part of Prysmian), where he had numerous assignments of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as SVP & General Manager – Electric Utility Products, before he was recruited to join Actuant.
Mr. Roundhouse earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Ohio University, an M.B.A. from Xavier University – Williams College of Business and also completed Harvard Business School’s Finance for Senior Executives Program.

Andrew Shackett is an Operating Partner in the Business and Environmental Services vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Shackett brings over 30 years of experience in this sector focusing on operations, leadership and business development.
Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Shackett served as President and CEO of ACV Enviro Inc., overseeing all aspects of the business in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to ACV Enviro Inc., Mr. Shackett held many roles at Clean Harbors Inc. including EVP of Industrial Service and International Operations and member of the Board of Directors of International Operations. Mr. Shackett began his career as a U.S. Army Paratrooper where he received an honorable discharge upon his departure before going on to work at Tri-S Inc.
Gary Tapella
Gary Tapella
Gary Tapella is an Operating Partner in the Specialty Manufacturing vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Tapella served as Ripplewood’s Industrial Partner in the industrials and consumer durables sector from 2005 to 2009. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Tapella served as the President and Chief Executive Officer (and later, Chairman) of Rheem Manufacturing where he completed a series of major initiatives. Prior experience includes the roles of COO and VP-International. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Tapella managed Rheem’s Canadian water heater business where he repositioned Rheem’s product line in Canada and enhanced manufacturing capabilities. From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Tapella was the Managing Director of Rheem Far East, managing 11 factories throughout Asia including Rheem’s first factory in China in 1984. From 1969 to 1980, Mr. Tapella had progressive roles and responsibilities in factory management, sales and marketing at Rheem.
Mr. Tapella is a former director of publicly listed Butler Manufacturing Company and Watsco, Inc. and privately held SRS Distribution, Inc. and RelaDyne, Inc. He earned a degree in International Relations/International Service from San Francisco State University and has completed executive management programs at Northeastern University and Columbia University.
Jim Wiegmann

Jim Wiegmann is an Operating Partner in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Wiegmann has over 40 years of experience working in consumer packaged goods and food businesses, as well as driving significant change at privately-held companies. Prior to One Rock, he served as the CEO of OLM Food Solutions, a One Rock portfolio company sold to Performance Food Group in July 2023.
Prior to OLM, Mr. Wiegmann held executive roles at a number of consumer companies undergoing significant transformation, including Pro Pet as CEO, Snack Alliance as Executive Vice President and Musco Family Olive Company as Vice President. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wiegmann held management roles at Nestlé USA, Frito Lay and Del Monte.
Mr. Wiegmann earned a B.S. in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University.
Michael Anderson

Michael (Mike) Anderson is an Operating Partner focused on all aspects of talent for One Rock's portfolio companies. Mr. Anderson brings over 30 years of experience in executive assessment and development, leadership team effectiveness, strategy, organizational design, change management and C-suite succession planning. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Anderson worked with multiple private equity firms, including as an operating director focused on optimizing leadership talent across the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to his work in private equity, Mr. Anderson spent 19 years with Spencer Stuart, most recently as the Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Products and Services overseeing substantial growth in consulting services that complement the firm’s core search offerings. Previously, he oversaw Spencer Stuart’s offices globally and, prior to that, led the firm’s North American region and served on the firm’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Anderson joined Spencer Stuart from McKinsey & Company, where he was a consultant across several disciplines and also built the firm’s worldwide experienced hire recruiting capability, oversaw staffing and professional development in the Boston Office and helped lead a firmwide training program on interpersonal and communication skills.
Mr. Anderson earned his A.B. in Economics from Harvard College and his M.B.A. with academic distinction from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Executive Coaching program and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

Larry Brand is an Operating Partner in Talent and Organizational Development at One Rock Capital Partners, with over 25 years of global HR leadership experience. Serving over 15 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Brand has a successful track record of guiding transformation in public and private, family-owned, and private-equity-funded companies. Mr. Brand brings HR leadership experience in talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, organizational design, total rewards, executive coaching and compensation, and HR technologies.
Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Brand served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Justrite Safety Group. Prior to his tenure at Justrite, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at both Elkay Manufacturing and Sparton Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held various Human Resources and Operations roles across a variety of companies.
Mr. Brand earned his B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Evansville, where he also received a Division I men's basketball scholarship. Additionally, he teaches graduate-level global business classes along with management and leadership courses at Lake Forest Graduate School of Business.
Pau Climent

Pau Climent is an Operating Partner focused on Supply Chain and Procurement initiatives at One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Climent brings over 20 years of global operations and supply chain experience across the Chemicals and Consumer Goods sectors.
Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Climent served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at GPD Companies (Nexeo Plastics & Distrupol), where he helped shape corporate strategy and led end-to-end supply chain and operations performance in a highly dynamic market environment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Climent held senior executive roles at PepsiCo and Akzo Nobel, driving service improvement, cost reduction, and cash optimization initiatives across complex global networks. He also spent a decade in management consulting, where he led large-scale supply chain transformations for top-tier consumer goods companies across multiple regions.
Mr. Climent earned his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ETSEIB UPC in Spain and Aeronautical Engineering from ISAE SUPAERO / ENSICA in France. He also completed an Executive Business Management Program at IE Business School in Spain.
Adam Feuer

Adam Feuer is an Operating Partner focused on driving value in strategic sourcing and supply chain for One Rock's portfolio companies. Mr. Feuer brings over 30 years of functional experience to One Rock, having led global sourcing organizations at companies such as Avery Dennison, Avon, Ecolab and Sun Products. He has served overseas in multiple ex-pat assignments in Switzerland and the Netherlands, and has particular expertise driving cost savings programs, collaborating cross-functionally with R&D and product development teams, transforming procurement organizations, leveraging supplier innovation and deploying procurement best practices, including e-sourcing/e-procurement and low-cost country sourcing. Mr. Feuer began his career with The Procter & Gamble Company in procurement and manufacturing roles.
Mr. Feuer earned a degree in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University.

Susan Fiesta is an Operating Partner focused on driving value through strategic financial, accounting and tax solutions at One Rock’s portfolio companies, post-acquisition. Ms. Fiesta has 20 years of experience advising on domestic and international tax matters. Prior to joining One Rock, she served as Principal and Global Tax Director at Avison Young (USA) Inc. Prior to her role at Avison Young, Ms. Fiesta led the international tax and transfer pricing teams in her role as Vice President of International Tax at CommScope Holding Company, Inc., a Fortune 500 multinational public company with a presence in over 65 countries. Ms. Fiesta began her career at Deloitte LLP.
Ms. Fiesta earned a B.S. in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Taxation from University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Phil Gaudreau

Phil Gaudreau is an Operating Partner focused on driving post-acquisition value through strategic financial, accounting and HR solutions at One Rock’s portfolio companies. Mr. Gaudreau has over 20 years of experience in controllership and financial accounting. He previously served as Vice President and Controller at Armstrong Flooring, Inc., a leading multinational producer of resilient flooring products, where he led all accounting, financial reporting and financial information system functions. Prior to Armstrong Flooring Inc., Mr. Gaudreau was Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidation at Harsco Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gaudreau also held roles as Manager of Accounting Projects at Comcast Corporation, Project Controller at Liberty Property Trust and Senior Associate in Audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Gaudreau received a B.S. in Accounting from Jefferson University and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
Andrea Greene

Andrea Greene is an Operating Partner focused on driving value through strategic financial, accounting and HR solutions for One Rock’s portfolio companies. Ms. Greene brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience having served as CFO of several multi-national companies prior to her role at One Rock. Ms. Greene has also held CFO and COO roles at various start-ups and emerging growth companies. She has a track record of successfully scaling businesses as well as executing strategic and operational transformation programs across companies in a broad range of industries. Her unique combination of financial, management, mergers and acquisitions, talent management and operational expertise is well suited to helping create value within One Rock’s portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Andrea spent 12 years at various investment firms including Allied Capital, JP Morgan Partners and CIBC Oppenheimer’s High Yield and Merchant Banking Group (formerly known as the Argosy Group) where she worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions.
Ms. Greene earned B.A. in Economics from Duke University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Stephen Ingham, Jr. is an Operating Partner in Lean Manufacturing for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Ingham has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive operating leadership positions. His areas of expertise include manufacturing, supply chain and complex distribution in consumer durables and consumables. Mr. Ingham was the Senior Operating Executive for both Maytag and Viking Range in the appliance industry and has additional private equity experience as CEO of a global LED application company serving the automotive and industrial markets. Most recently, Mr. Ingham was the CEO of SmartTruck, a venture start-up in the aerodynamic technology space serving the heavy truck industry. Earlier in his career, he held senior operating roles at P&G, PepsiCo and Tenneco.
Mr. Ingham earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Memphis State University and has completed executive education sequences at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and at Harvard University, as well as extensive productivity, quality and performance leadership development programs from industry-leading organizations.

Adam Kuritzky is an Operating Partner focused on sales and marketing strategy and execution at One Rock’s portfolio companies. He is responsible for assessing the growth potential of companies in the investment stage and working with One Rock portfolio companies to refine their sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Kuritzky brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience serving in leadership and executive consultant roles for public and private companies. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Kuritzky served as a Vice President of Sales and then as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in North America for Proactis.
Prior to Proactis, Mr. Kuritzky served as an Executive Consultant for The Riverside Company, where he was responsible for assisting portfolio companies with various interim leadership roles and developing sales and marketing related strategies. Mr. Kuritzky joined The Riverside Company from Peloton, a California-based company focused on developing sales training simulations for large public and private equity-owned companies, where he served as an Executive Vice President of Sales.
Mr. Kuritzky earned a B.A. in English and Criminal Justice from Indiana University and holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from American University.
Christine McClure

Christine McClure is an Operating Partner focused on driving value through strategic financial, accounting and business process improvements at One Rock’s portfolio companies, post-acquisition. Ms. McClure brings over 25 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate development and commercial operations. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. McClure was Chief Financial Officer of the Americas at Unispace, where she focused on driving financial objectives and delivering business insights.
Prior to Unispace, Ms. McClure was Vice President of Finance Business Partnering at National Grid, where she drove business planning by using financial analysis and insights to make influential decisions. Prior to National Grid, Ms. McClure was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at UNFI, where she focused on creating, developing, and deploying areas of financial planning and analyses to deliver shareholder value. Previously, Ms. McClure held a number of increasing positions in the finance department of Clean Harbors Environmental Services including Vice President, Controller – Safety-Kleen Environmental Services, Vice President – Finance, Corporate Development and Planning, Vice President – Commercial Operations and Vice President – Finance, Sales & Service Controller as well as Director of Finance.
Ms. McClure began her career in finance as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP.
Ms. McClure earned her B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Wayne State University, where she was a Merit Scholar Recipient.
Mark Oakeson

Mark Oakeson is an Operating Partner in Lean Manufacturing for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Oakeson has more than 30 years of operating improvement experience bringing lean manufacturing competencies to companies such as Black and Decker, Mercedes Benz of Brazil, Pella Corp., Lantech, Inc. and Hayward Pool. He is also the Co-Founder of TBM Consulting Group and LVC Consulting, where he helped to introduce lean concepts to Western companies, improving productivity and quality and typically more than doubling returns on capital. Mr. Oakeson’s expertise has been applied to greenfield sites, plant expansions, consolidation, product development and product launches.
Mr. Oakeson earned a degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and has also completed post-graduate work in Finance at the University of Connecticut. In addition, Mr. Oakeson had direct experience early in his career training with the creators and innovators of the Toyota Production System, Messrs. Ohno, Shingo, Nakao and Iwata.
Brian Potts

Brian Potts is an Operating Partner focused on sales and marketing strategy and execution at One Rock’s portfolio companies. He is responsible for assessing the growth potential of investments in the due diligence stage and driving profitable revenue growth post acquisition. Mr. Potts brings over 25 years of experience building and improving businesses and has worked in both large corporate settings as well as in private equity. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Potts ran a consulting firm focused on growing private equity-backed companies in the middle-market. Prior to that, he spent seven years working with The Riverside Company as an Operating Partner. During his career, he has helped companies implement clear and competitive sales and marketing strategies, develop strong sales talent, integrate acquired sales forces effectively and deploy efficient processes and tools in effort to grow revenue.
Previously, Mr. Potts worked with Antares Capital, formerly known as GE Capital, where he helped to diagnose challenges and accelerate investment results for GE’s strategic private equity clients in the middle-market. Mr. Potts is a certified GE Crotonville instructor for strategic planning, change management, leadership development, Socratic Selling and Six Sigma/lean practices.
Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Potts worked for the Nielsen Company serving in senior leadership roles within Media Analytic Operations, Client Engagement and Sales. He began his career at Cintas Corporation where he held roles from Director of Distribution to General Manager of Custom Manufacturing and led the team that deployed lean Six Sigma throughout the corporation.
Mr. Potts earned a B.S. in Management and Marketing from National Louis University.

Sudeep Shetty is an Operating Partner focused on driving business value for One Rock’s portfolio companies through effective use of technology, data & insights capabilities, and cross functional process excellence. Mr. Shetty is a digital leader who is highly skilled in driving business transformation in sales, supply chain, back-office functions, and infrastructure operations across a range of industries and organizations. Prior to One Rock, Mr. Shetty was part of Executive Board at Britvic Soft Drinks plc as their Chief Information & Transformation Officer, where he was responsible for Global IT, OT (Operational Technology/Factory Engineering), Data &Analytics and Transformation including cross-functional business change and all M&A integration. Prior to Britvic Soft Drinks plc, Mr. Shetty was accountable for delivering multiple technology led business transformation initiatives at Retail organizations like Marks & Spencer, Selfridges, and Jack Wills where he was the Head of projects and programs responsible for overall IT strategy and delivery of all projects. Most of his programs in retail focused on driving top line revenue growth through launce of multi-language, multi-currency eCommerce websites, better in-store user experience driving footfall and conversion, and supply chain transformation to drive availability of stock and cost efficiencies. Mr. Shetty started his carrier with Cognizant as a consultant working for largescale clients like JP Morgan Bank.
Mr. Shetty earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University in India and is a member of AWS’s CPG executive advisory forum andGenpact’s Tech Advisory board.

Andrea (AJ) Skobel is an Operating Partner in the Talent and Organizational Development vertical for One Rock Capital Partners. Ms. Skobel brings over 20 years of global executive human resource management, talent acquisition and leadership development experience, working to align human resource strategy with business and operational strategies.
Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Skobel served as Vice President of Human Resources at IDEX Corporation. Prior to her tenure at IDEX, she held various Human Resources roles at John Crane.
Ms. Skobel earned a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management, summa cum laude, from Loyola University, and a M.B.A., with honors, in Strategy and Operations from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kush Tulsidas is an Operating Partner focused on sales and marketing strategy and execution at One Rock’s portfolio companies. He is responsible for assessing the growth potential of companies in the investment stage and improving profitable revenue growth post acquisition. Mr. Tulsidas brings over 20 years of experience building and improving businesses and has worked in both large corporate settings as well as in private equity. Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Tulsidas ran a consulting firm focused on growing private equity-backed companies in the middle-market. Prior to that, he worked with The Riverside Company as an Operating Growth Executive. During his career, he has assisted companies across multiple industries improve sales organizations and processes, implement and drive appropriate key performance indicators (“KPI’s”) and grow revenue.
Previously, Mr. Tulsidas worked for the Nielsen Company, where he spent nine years in senior leadership roles within the Sales, Consulting and Process Improvement departments. His most recent role at Nielsen was Senior Vice President, Client Consulting where he led the team responsible for servicing and retaining existing clients, growing share of wallet and driving new business in the media industry. Before joining Nielsen, Mr. Tulsidas worked at Cintas Corporation within their International Business and Six Sigma groups. He also founded and exited Soondar Secrets, an Organic Beauty company. Mr. Tulsidas started his career at KPMG in the audit function.
Mr. Tulsidas earned a B.Com. in International Business and Information Systems from Curtin University and University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. Mr. Tulsidas is also a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and holds various certifications in Six Sigma, management, sales & negotiation and other trainings.

Lutz Velten is an Operating Partner in Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing for One Rock Capital Partners. Mr. Velten brings over 25 years of Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing experience, which he gathered at Nestlé and Ecolab. During his career he transformed complex supply chains, implemented Lean Cultures, and more recently focused on M&A and post-acquisition integration activities.
Mr. Velten earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology from Imperial College London (UK).
